Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of wholesale voice termination services provided by TRUESIP USA LLC. All customers and partners must comply with this policy to maintain service access.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TRUESIP network:
- Transmission of illegal robocalls or unsolicited marketing calls
- Traffic associated with fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Spoofing or falsifying caller ID information
- Toll fraud or revenue share fraud
- Traffic pumping or artificial inflation of call volumes
- Transmission of malicious code or network attacks
- Violation of TCPA, TSR, or other applicable regulations
- Resale to end-users without proper regulatory authorization
3. Traffic Requirements
All traffic must meet the following standards:
- Originate from legitimate wholesale sources with proper compliance oversight
- Include accurate caller identification information
- Comply with STIR/SHAKEN authentication requirements where applicable
- Maintain traffic quality consistent with industry standards
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring all traffic complies with U.S. federal and state regulations
- Maintaining proper regulatory standing and licensing
- Monitoring and controlling traffic sources
- Responding promptly to compliance inquiries
- Implementing traffic filtering and fraud prevention measures
5. Enforcement
TRUESIP reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate service for any customer found in violation of this AUP. We may also report violations to appropriate regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
6. Monitoring
TRUESIP monitors network traffic for quality, fraud, and compliance purposes. We may analyze traffic patterns, call data records, and other metrics to ensure adherence to this policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
TRUESIP may update this AUP at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
